Common questions
Do credits expire?
Credits from packs never expire. Subscription (plan) credits are granted each cycle and expire at the end of the billing cycle plus a short grace period, so use-it-or-refresh keeps your balance healthy.
What happens when my balance hits zero?
New agent runs pause with a clear “out of credits” message — no surprise overage. Top up a pack or your balance and you’re back instantly. Existing data and connectors are untouched.
Platform key vs BYOK — which should I use?
Start on the platform pool (no setup — we manage provider keys and bill you in credits). Switch to BYOK when you have your own provider pricing; then you pay the provider directly and connect0 charges only the orchestration fee.
Do you offer enterprise / committed credits?
Yes — committed-use credit contracts with volume discounts are available. Reach out at hi@connect0.ai.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time (you keep the cycle’s credits). Unused pack credits are non-refundable but never expire.
