Common questions
Do I need a paid plan?
No. Every account is on a plan and starts on Free: pay per use from the starter grant, top up any amount, and upgrade only because buying credits monthly is cheaper.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy outright never expire. Subscription (plan) credits are granted each cycle and expire at the end of the billing cycle plus a short grace period, so use-it-or-refresh keeps your balance healthy.
What happens when my balance hits zero?
New agent runs pause with a clear “out of credits” message — no surprise overage. Top up your balance and you’re back instantly. Existing data and connectors are untouched.
Platform key vs BYOK — which should I use?
Start on the platform pool (no setup — we manage provider keys and bill you in credits). Switch to BYOK when you have your own provider pricing; then you pay the provider directly and connect0 charges only the orchestration fee.
Do you offer enterprise / committed credits?
Yes — committed-use credit contracts with volume discounts are available. Reach out at hi@connect0.ai.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time (you keep the cycle’s credits). Credits you bought outright are non-refundable but never expire.
